Delivery and payment terms

1. General Information

These terms and conditions are valid from 18.01.2016 and concern E. S. Lahtinen Oy (business identity code FI01811761, later Esla) e-commerce deliveries. In our e-shop orders are paid by web payment or credit card. Both ways to pay are secured, safe and fast.


2. Countries of delivery

Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemberg, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

If you reside outside of this area, please contact us directly with your request via email at esla@esla.fi for a competitive delivery quote or to forward you to our nearest dealer.


3. Ordering

Products can be ordered via the internet at https://www.esla.fi via the shopping cart. All communication takes place between the parties via e-mail. The customer must be at least 18 years of age and commit to the valid terms of delivery. Esla handles all customer information in confidence. After a successful payment process, the order is transferred to our dispatch department for shipping.


4. Prices

All prices include Finnish 24% VAT.

Delivery charges within  Finland:

Currently, delivery charges are €12,80 per shipment for orders of less than 50 €. Orders of over €50 are delivered free within Finland. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.


Delivery charges outside of Finland:

Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Sweden, Denmark and Germany 30 € /delivery.

Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Slovenia, Slovakia, Luxenburg, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain and Ireland 35 € /delivery.

Portugal: 49 €/ delivery

Island: 90 €/ delivery

If you are ordering a T6, T7 orT8 there is an additional charge of 10€ due to the large size of the package.

5. Delivery time

We ship products every working day. The delivery time is normally 4-10 days outside Finland. If the product is not ready in stock, the delivery may take longer, at which point we will notify the customer by e-mail.


6. Shipping Method

At this point in time our webstore delivers orders only to the countries listed above. If you reside outside of this area, please contact us directly with your request via email at esla@www.esla.fi for a competitive delivery quote. Within Finland we use the Post Home Delivery service, which is delivered to the arranged address and which contacts you to arrange the time of delivery.

To other countries listed above *) we use the Post Parcel Connect.  Big packages (length 200cm) are delivered by Posti Parcel Connect service or Schenker.  If you wish to use some other method, please contact Esla at the time of order. *) Except to France we use Priority or Schenker deliveries.


7. Payment terms

Within Finland:

Products and their postage are paid at the same time with the order. In the webstore the orders can be paid with the following payment methods: Nordea, OP Bank Group, Danske Bank, LähiTapiola, Aktia, Nooa, local cooperative banks, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Bank, the Bank of Åland, as well as debit cards.

Payment provider service is the Paytrail Corporation in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.

Paytrail stores IP-address, payment method and payment time & date during the payment process.

You can also order an invoice. You can pay the invoice either at once or via a loan. An account maintenance fee of €2.95 is added to the invoice. The nominal annual interest rate of the loan-payment option is 19.20%.


Other Countries:

Payment in other countries will be provided via Paypal or all major credit cards.


8. The right to return/change products

The customer has a 14 day right of return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The returned product must be unused and in original condition. The customer shall inform in advance the refund to Esla via email at esla@esla.fi. Please attach a note that tells us your contact information, IBAN bank account number for getting back the sum you paid, and preferably the reason for the return (this is not compulsory).  At the same time, please inform us whether you wish to return the product and get your money back or if you need a replacement for the product. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.


9. Complaints

If the product is damaged during delivery, then the customer should direct his complaint to the relevant postal company. In the event of any complaint please contact us at Esla beforehand to arrange delivery of your new product.

In the event of a complaint you may contact us via. esla@www.esla.fi. In any case, please email us about the reclamation before sending the goods.


10. Force majeure

Esla is not responsible for the fact that the delivery is delayed if it is caused outside of Esla’s empowerment.
